Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly, can be cancelled at any time, and remain active until the end of the paid period.
Billing errors
Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full once verified.
Service interruptions
Extended interruptions attributable to AuthorityLayer may be credited or refunded pro-rata.
