AuthorityLayer's refund policy for subscriptions, billing errors, service interruptions, and exceptional circumstances.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans are billed upfront and access continues through the billing period.

Billing errors

Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full once verified.

Service interruptions

Extended interruptions attributable to AuthorityLayer may be credited or refunded pro-rata.
